Both my sites require manual approvement of new members so that gets checked first.

Secondly I hit the 'new posts' button to see if there is anything spammy or queries to deal with.

On here I check for reported posts, then alerts, and then 'What's New'

Just curious; if I may ask, what stats do you record?

For IPS it goes: Staff Forums > Client Lounge > Feedback Forum > Bug Tracker (because by the time I get here I'm also doing tickets).

For other forums I moderate at: Staff forums > My Assigned Forums.

I only use View New Content on forums I'm an administrator at, so for those it's usually Staff Forums > VNC.

Forums I'm a member (non-staff) of... I only check the forums I'm interested in. I don't use VNC for these... it's faster for me to just check them individually using tabs.

Let me say at the outset that stats aren't really a big deal to me usually. I'm recording them currently out of curiosity to see the difference between AdX on IPB and now on XenForo :)

With that said, the stats I'm monitoring are:-

    Posts/Threads/Active Members/ Registrations

    Via Google Analytics
    Bounce Rate
    Keywords
    Search Engine Traffic
    Average Time On Site

    Via Google Webmaster Tools
    Sitemap URLs
    Sitemap URLs Indexed

That would be the index, since it what loads first :)

Then what's new or new posts to see what my members have posted (if they had)
