Usage Guidelines

Welcome to Admin Extra. Below are our terms of service, which all new members to the site agree too. Please read and familiarise yourself with them before posting.

Member Accounts

• Users are only permitted to register a single account.
• If your membership has been terminated (or temporarily suspended), you may not re-register another account under any circumstances;
• If you are unable to log in to your original account, please try recovering your password; if this does not solve the issue please use the help desk located at the top of the forum and state the nature of the problem;
• Your account is non-transferable and you may not permit any other person to use it.

Commercial Advertising

• Persons who have purchased an advertising package from Admin Extra are permitted to advertise only in the manner agreed – the terms of which you will have been made aware of prior to purchase;
• No threads or posts may be made to solely advertise a website, or service outside of Community Showcase.
• Unless a package has been purchased, commercial advertising is not accepted in any form.

Posting

• Profane, vulgar or offensive language is not permitted;
• Posts containing pornography and other inappropriate* content are strictly prohibited;
• Flaming, trolling, spamming and otherwise disrupting the forum is not permitted under any circumstance;
• All users have a right to privacy; you must not disclose any personal details of others without their written consent;
• Whilst we do allow people to post their affiliate links, these are to be clearly marked as affiliates and not hidden in any way.

*Inappropriate is anything deemed NSFW or not acceptable for a minor to view.

Signatures & Usernames

• Usernames should not contain hyperlinks, company brand names or be a text written email or website address;
• Registered members are allowed to have 2 (two) links in their signatures and 2 (two) lines. No images (apart from smilies) are allowed.
• Premium members are allowed to have 4 (four) links in their signatures and 3 (three) lines. No images (apart from smilies) are allowed.
• Sponsors are allowed to have 6 (six) links in their signatures and 4 lines. No images (apart from smilies) are allowed.

Legalities

• You are prohibited from posting links or referencing to any websites that contain illegal content or promote illegal activities such as those that advertise or promote downloading of copyrighted material, pirated or nulled software, or torrents for the downloading of copyrighted material unlawfully;
• Posting links to forums and/or websites which utilise pirated software is prohibited.

Admin Extra Staff

• Our staff may remove, edit, close, hide, split, merge, or delete any post or thread as they deem fit, with or without notification;
• Our staff may warn, infract, edit, alter, moderate, suspend, or terminate your account as they deem fit, with or without notification.
• Staff applicants must be aged 18 or over.

Further Information

• Admin Extra are not obligated to remove any content (posts, attachments or user accounts) and requests may be denied, even where content complies with our Terms and Conditions;
• Accounts are NOT deleted for any reason. Please do not ask for this service as refusal often offends.
• Admin Extra reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notificaitons.
