With the holiday I finally had time to do the upgrade from 3.1 to 3.2.

All seemed to go smoothly. At the end of the upgrade it said upgrade complete.

I left the upgrade to go to my site and got what's below.

Support is understandibly closed until Monday, but I was wondering if any of you would be able to help.

    Thanks in advance.

Do you have access to ACP? Do you have a custom skin?

I did have a custom skin, but I can't access my ACP.

Looks like IPB (or PHP, rather) doesn't have permission to read those files. If you haven't already submitted a ticket, please do so. We would need to log in and investigate.

This was resolved a big thanks. As most things are this was a user created error.

And about my IPB support experience, I would Nominate Jason Hanna for your employee of the month! He was awesome.

1st I didn't even expect a response until Monday. He replied to my ticket Saturday.
2nd He was on the ball and got things done. I was asking how I could fix things myself, but he took the initiative to just do it.
3rd I asked a follow up question and once again he delivered quickly.
I was impressed and when it comes to support I am generally very critical so this doesn't come lightly. I'm more apt to write a sharply worded complaint than a compliment.

There's a reason we call him "Robotech."
