So you've got your forum set up, it's running and you have things as you want them (initially). Now is the time to start looking at your long-term goals, as opposed to your short term ones of getting your forum online, laid out, styled, etc.

For me - when first starting Admin Extra, my goals were (and still are really) to offer a place that isn't inundated with advertising on every page (although I must admit we may have to add a little bit of advertising to help cover costs at some point, but it will always be with the user experience not being affected as a top priority), and where moderation is not top-heavy. I also find that at this particular point in time I am looking at my long-term goals and thinking what needs to be changed/looked at/prioritised as Admin Extra has developed over the past year.

Do you have any in place already or are you at the point of thinking about where to take things next?

For me it is to maintain a parrot forum where the threads stay on topic, doesn't have sigs the size of my screen (I hate that) and to crush the competition.
