Constant issues with this software. Things I've been noticing lately is various threads being "unfollowed" without me doing it, and going back and clicking "follow" doesn't work now. There have been similar issues when it was called the Watch system too. I've reported it many times and every time I'm told it either isn't a bug/how it was intended or they can't duplicate it. So I'm done. There are many things that I have missed on my site lately because they didn't show up under my watch list. I can't wait to move off of this software....it's been nothing but bugs out the ass and troubles everywhere I turn. ...just...a....little.......longer...........
You know we have a ticket system, right? And that it works? And you can use it to debug issues like this one? Issues don't get fixed just by sitting back and complaining about it. If there's a legitimate issue with the software then let IPS know, and it will get fixed.

He stated he reported the issues he was having (I can only assume that includes the ticket system). Your response is probably just going to make him leave IPB even faster though, as the condescending tone is a real turn off to customers.
I did miss the part that he had actually reported it, so apologies for that, but... I've not seen this issue before in the ticket system, or in any version.
Hmm...typical response I've gotten in the past...attack the customer first, ask questions later. I've even posted it in the public forums and was told I was using it wrong and it works the way it was intended. Either way, I dislike the way it works period and have suggested better ways multiple times almost 2 years ago and then while 3.2 was in the works, during that as well.
