Really wasn't sure where to post this, so sorry in advance if in the wrong area. I noticed this sub forum was about Host's though. I am having very bad issues with my Host, 123-reg. Since Tuesday the host wouldn't let me delete my databases, it took 4 tickets and 4 days for them to finally delete them for me. When I got to clicking ' Add New' the same error came up, apart from it was for adding a new database. After launching a ticket on Thursday to ask them to fix it, they still haven't got around to doing it. Does anyone have experience with this on a way to fix it myself, or do you have any idea how long 123-reg take to fix these sort of problems as so far, the customer service has been fairly bad. I purchased an IPB on Tuesday, and still haven't been able to use it as I can't add a database for it. It's been quite annoying, and would love for any help on the matter!
What kind of control panel? Do you have SSH access? Honestly if a ticket is taking that long for such a simple request I would re-evaluate giving them your money.
We grew fed up of it all. They still haven't replied. We have transferred our domain to a new host, and will be cancelling tomorrow. Really would NOT recommend this host to anyone.

After a week, we gave up and moved host. We lost 3 pound, but I suppose I'm willing to pay that just to get the hell out of 123-reg!!! On my current host, excellent customer service, will transfer your stuff for free and offers very good deals. Really would recommend http://ethelitehosting.com to anyone looking for a new host. 50x better than 123-reg for me.
