Out of curiosity, what is your favourite CMS software out of Drupal, Joomla, etc?

I have to say Joomla, but I prefer to make WP a CMS or CMS like.

Styling it, it's somewhat simple to make WP look like a CMS

I also prefer WP as my frontpage/CMS - you can bridge it with your forum software or keep it as standalone. It depends what you want your CMS to do really :)

I like both Joomla and Drupal - Joomla can be a pain in the arse but its a lot more flexible than Drupal - if I want something quick and simple I will use drupal.

After researching the options out there and initially using vbadvanced as our homepage, I decided to go with wordpress and I really like it. Even though its geared towards blogging, more and more people are starting to use it for CMS.

Drupal will one day rule the Earth and all heathens will burn! Or something >_>

It is fundamentally awesome, even if something as simple as a notification is so complex to setup, it is crazy powerful.

I use WP and like it. It has so much flexibility and can do nearly anything. Add to that it is easy to use.

I used SubDreamer a while back and it did really well, but I felt it was starting to lack the support and continued development. As a neophyte I need that sense of support.

WordPress. It's not "officially" a CMS, but the WordPress core is very flexible and can be turned into a great looking and functioning CMS easily.

I used to like SubDreamer, but the commercial version was expensive and the lite version wasn't very powerful. I'm finding WordPress to be surprisingly adaptable to almost anything that needs doing, and Joomla when WordPress just doesn't cut it.

I built a framework for myself to build sites on. It comes with a database layer that supports MySQL, MySQLi, SQLite, and PgSQL. It also has a full Object Registry as well as a data management layer that allows me to just plugin a class for any kind of content I need.

It also has a template system inspired by vBulletin 4's new Template Syntax. Pseudo codes used within templates are in XML format and namespaced. (Ex. <core:tag key="tag_name" />, <core:lang key="language_string" />, <core:if condition="blah"></core:if>, etc. etc.)

It also has built in access to the database, configuration, and user information for vBulletin 3, vBulletin 4, ImperialBB, and soon, IPB. :)

Haha, it's not designed for use by other people. You need to know full PHP5 in order to run it properly on a site. :) For example, I have to write the Data Manager for the content I need before I can even begin to fill it in.

The only reason I went this way is because I simply cannot stand using any kind of CMS. Absolutely none of them have ever provided the control level of control I need.
