Right to left

Changes text direction.

Blinking Text

Anyway you can make most of these work with ipb 3.x.x?

Not sure, but if I buy a license soon I can tell you how to use this BB code with IPB 3.

The formatting confused me with all the bolding etc. maybe size up the heading for each one.

Agreed. Possible to separate each BBCODE with a line or Centered Title just to distinguish?

How can I get these images to show up in the quick editor, and the quick reply?

I can't really help with vB 4.0, don't use it, but you should have an option to enter the button image address when adding the code. As for the CSS, maybe add to a template or style var, I don't know the system here.

Add the css to CSS Templates > vbulletin.css, anywhere in there should work im not sure about the images though.
