Well okay, in the sidebar we have, latest graphics, tutorials, add ons, articles, and interviews, why don't we have styles in there too?
In my opinion the graphics, tutorials, add-ons, articles and interviews are more frequently visited and have much more content that the styles one. I think we want to highlight what we have rather than clutter everything.
I'm of the opinion all resources should be included. We need to showcase all we offer, not just some of what we offer. The problem is, as David said, the length of the Sidebar. However, I'm willing to cut it down to Latest Five for each resource type, and add Styles. Doing this could reduce the size of the Sidebar, and allow us to showcase the latest submissions for each resource type.
I personally think we should wait until it's a bit more active to do that, but again it's my opinion. I don't think it would look good (active wise, people will think we're not that active when it is quite the contrary) and it is cutting out resources that are more active than the styles. I think we should wait 'till it's much more active.
That sounds like a good idea to me. Well once I finish upgrading my Light Speed skin to IPB 3.1.0, I will start cranking out more free skins to post here, I already posted the upgraded Grunge skin as well.
There are six styles submitted to the Styles resource. Last I checked, 5 was less than 6, which would mean it wouldn't look any less active, in the Sidebar, than the rest of them. And it will encourage people to submit more styles.
