        Thanks :) I'm actually quite proud of our members - most of the discussions (even when disagreeing) are pretty civilised even when they're heated and they're not scared of getting their teeth into some tough topics.

        It takes time (and a lot of blood, sweat and tears) but it's worth it in the end. I think it becomes more important to you when you've really had to push at it so keep it up :D
