I love WiredTree
So far I have been a customer of WiredTree for a little over a month, but in that time span I have experienced a great support team and technical side team. I have to admit that WiredTree is the best hosting provider I have ever been with!
WiredTree is located in Chicago same with their data center.
No matter what ticket level you choose, be it medium, urgent, etc it will be answered in a reasonable amount of time, mine are usually responded to in about 10-20 minutes.
Billing tickets are even faster, but they do have business hours for those so if you submit it out of business hours you will have to wait to get your ticket answered.
Another great thing about WiredTree is that when you first purchase a server they say it will take up to 24 hours to get it ready and to activate it, but for me it only took 3 hours (mainly waited for a call, my fault as I placed the order so close to closing hours) and after that you are good to go.
One feature I love about WiredTree is the Grove customer area, it is the nicest, cleanest, and just the plain best customer portal I have ever used from a hosting service.
So far I do not have any complaints about this hosting service and probably won't ever have any.
And to anyone that is looking for a hosting provider, mainly with VPS's or Dedicated servers I will recommend WiredTree to them without hesitation.
