My shared hosting is with URLJET. URLJet offers timely customer support and server administration and forum administration if you need it and backs up your site regularly. Softaculous and Cloudflare can easily be accessed from your cPanel and URLJET also offers to set up websites for you for at a low price. I recommend anyone with a vbulletin 4 forum to give URJET a shot if they can't find anything else during their search for a forum host. There is little site down-time and they usually warn you in advanced if they suspect there will be.
