Don't use this one either!
After the mishap I had with ServerOrigin, I moved over to SharkTech. They claim to have a great DDoS protection service but they most certainly didn't. We would be down for hours a day on this service. To top it off, we had a harddrive failure...they were very slow with "replacing" the hdd and when they did, they had put our old hdd on it and wiped the data from that. I'm not sure but if there is a hdd failure, I don't think you can even access it to wipe it, though I could be wrong. So in the end, they erased all of my data and then blamed it on me for not having a redundancy server...
Not the type of people I like dealing with...blaming customers for their wrong doings.
