Don't use!
Since I've agreed to not tell my story, just know that this business is no a business you want to be associated with. I had a terrible experience with them...that I can't quite go into due to legal reasons, but their DDOS service was terrible. My site would be down for hours a day, would throw numerous errors which wouldn't allow the site to load, etc.
For DDoS Protection, you can definitely find better. You can even find some of my threads on WHT about it. Just not a company I would wish even my competitor sites to use if that tells you anything (and I'm super competitive lol).
