Fantastic for UK VPS
I can't fault these guys on anything. I've had various UK VPS with them on and off over the years and every experience has been exceptional.
Sales department are always reachable via phone (freephone!), they're knowledgeable and don't try the "hard sell".
Their support team are also on the ball. Their VPS are fully managed so they handle all the patching, upgrades and such like. Every time it's been handled quickly and I've been kept fully informed along the way.
Reliability is as you'd expect for a premium host, never had any unexpected downtime.
They are quite expensive but their service definitely justifies the price.
