Tin of worms
A service highly rated on their forums, a big fan of their software but their hosting was terrible. I've been with a few hosts over 3 years and they made silly mistakes, their support is very slow, the price is very high as well.
They couldn't cope with my average site with 30-100 users online at any time. I can get really good hosting for my site for $7 a month but their charged $30 a month and still couldn't support it.
As far as I know their servers are outdated and negative reviews against their hosting is deleted on their forums in order to keep up a smokescreen.
Overall in a week of hosting I had around 60 hours downtime but at least I got my cash back but it certainly caused a lot of damage to my site.
