HWSHosting has its good points but this host is very slow at support and not very thorough, they are rude when you don't understand what they are talking about, and easily agitated when you want a resolution after waiting 3 days for a reply to a ticket.

Overall Excellent Experience All Around

HertzWeb Solutions is a great hosting company. Dusan and Rich are very timely with their support responses, and I have never had any support request go unhandled for over 48 hours.

Excellent prices for any type of website, whether your just starting out or have an established site. HWS Shared and VPS hosting is bar-none one of the best around, and will recommend no one else for their reliability, customer service, and prices.

Great value for your money, I've been with HWS for the better part of two years now, and have had nothing but good things to say about them.

Great people and great service to be working with!

HWS is the fifth hosting company that I have used, but the only one that I have stuck with for more than one year. I believe I am going to be on my third, if not fourth year with them. They are extremely timely with their responses and are extremely nice even when they are dealing with a problem that they are not required to solve. I have also have not experienced any significant downtime, it has all been planned downtime for a rare upgrade. Their servers and the people that are managing them are solid and good at what they do.

I cannot complain and have nothing but praise for this company, HWS Hosting, whom does things the right way.

Nothing short of excellent!

I have been with HWS Hosting for many years, at least four if not more. Every person who ever asks me for hosting, which is rare in itself, is directed to HWS. The uptime has always been 99.9%, the price for the quality is beyond excellent, the personable support is bar none, and I wouldn't switch to another hosting provider even if it was free.

Sure, you can go get your $2 a month hosting from some large company, or even jokers who decided to buy some servers, but when it comes down to crisis or even just small things, will they be there for you? Who knows. Richard, Dusan, and the rest of the team at HWS have helped me even with problems that had nothing to do with their service to us, and that is hard to come by. I cannot say how much of a relief it is to have HWS to count on.
