Virtual Server Managed L 5.0
I have a Virtual Server Managed L 5.0 on the German location of Hosteurope.
I use it for my IPS Suite and I have no problems so far. The limits of PHP you can freely adapt with a personal htaccess file. Over the years they have improved the performance and limits of the VPS with no increase in price.
I haven't experienced any major problems with the package, in three years I've only had one unexpected downtime and the problem was solved within one hour and outside regular office times.
There are cheaper alternatives but as I'm very pleased with their service I don't think about a change.
I have a very small niche site, so I have no experience with performance of a high traffic site on this offer. But I think it's a good package to start with.
