I currently host several sites of mine and FMB's off of ServInt (Managed VPS Hosting - Managed Enterprise Servers by ServInt), and these guys rock. Fairly good resources for the price, support is top-notch, and when I was doing hosting hunting, everyone I spoke to that hosted with ServInt spoke nothing but praise, and I talked to quite a few people. One guy that I know even told me he's been with them for over 13 years.

ImperialBB and all of my sites are hosted on a VPS from HWS Hosting

They are excellent, I highly recommend them.

I have run my sites for over a year now on a dedicated box at URLJet. I must say they are probably the best I've ever used...not one problem in the whole time I've been with them and I've never been able to say that about any host I've ever used.

Rock I've not used my free hosting with them yet. I'm looking at buying an IPB license. But I've talked to the owner (Mike) and he is pretty down to earth. They are a smaller host. But seem to go the extra mile.

I'm currently with Uberhost. But I've started getting "too many connections" errors, so it's looking like I might have to find a new host.

I've had 4 hosts over the years and firmly believe I've found the best one.

I had a unsuccessful blog for a few years hosted with a host who's speed and up time were great, but their billing and support were terrible.

I then turned to HostGator when I started my forum. They were great. Never really had any problems, but I started building other sites and HostGator got too expensive.

I then got a cheap reseller account elsewhere. BIG MISTAKE. My speed and up time were shaky the whole time. Service was okay. When I closed my account they asked me why and I was honest with them and they told me that I was on one of their older serves and asked me if they could throw in a few free months of service if I stayed and they'd move me to their newest server. Out of curiosity I asked what the difference in specs were. This only irritated me because they were offering to move me to the specs they has advertised and I thought I'd been paying for all along. Grrr.

I did a lot of research when selecting a new host for my forum, because things had really picked up and I needed not just a good host but a great one. One which could meet my needs but still not be too expensive. I chose HawkHost and couldn't be happier. I've been with them for almost 4 months. My speed is great, I've experienced no downtime. I can't speak of the support because I've never submitted a ticket. But what I can tell you is when I was vetting out hosts. I was sending emails with questions anytime one popped into my head. I sent one to their sales dept at 2:30 or so in the morning with a low priority and had an answer in minutes.

They also listen to their customers. They asked a question on their customer forums got a fair number of responses and made some changes based on customers suggestions. What a interesting idea for a host.

I don't mean my first post at AdminExtra to sound like an infomercial, but that's how satisfied I am with them.

Well the first host I ever used was HostGator. Now I am using XenServ, they are cheap, reliable, and very fast, never have any problems, and the two owners are great friends of mine (Know them on other sites as well and play modern warfare 2 with one of them) and they are very professional.
