Help Desk Changes

We've removed the helpdesk system from AdX due to it being glitchy. For the moment, please post any issues in our Suggestions & Feedback forum or drop a pm to one of the staff team

Here is a suggestion to achieve a similar effect.

Have a subforum setup that only the "staff can access". All other users can ONLY post OWN and see OWN threads.

Then...it is private while still being viewable to the staff, thus not lost amongst PMs and repeated in the other private areas.

Could help, could not depending on what you got going already in the Poker Room.

Yeah that was an option we looked at, I just don't like adding more forums than are necessary

I can see us going with it at some point though.
