Great Start
First Impressions:
First of all I would like to say what a marvellous topic your website is about. Bullying is a very topical subject and is a subject that authorities, parents, schools and workplaces are only beginning to take seriously and it is a shame that it has taken teenagers, who have been bullied, unfortunately taking their own lives to have woken up the proper authorities about the issue.
First Impressions of your site are kind of stagnant, you have done a marvellous job on the header and footer, but apart from that to be honest your website looks a little out-of-the-box default, with changed status icons.
You seem to have a lot of boards with 14 boards split across five categories and countless pages however only have 132 messages/posts overall and a few of your boards being close to empty.
I will give it the benefit of the doubt and claim that it is because you are such a new community.
Design:
From a design aspect a little work on the theme wouldn't go a miss. There are fabulous people on AdminExtra who are able to help such as Shelley and co, not to mention those on the xF site.
I can't help but think deep down inside there is that something missing from your theme. I cant quite put my finger on it and hopefully Shelley or theme designer can come and help you and point it out because I have been staring at your site for about 10 minutes now and cant quite put my finger on that 'wow' thing that websites need.
After having a clean layout, and a nice looking header and footer, it is surprising to see your logo. I think this can use a lot of work and think that even a post on the digital point forums asking for a logo paying a small fee could result in some wonderful things coming your way.
Content:
While your site does have a small amount of messages they seem to be very passionate ones, and thoughtful ones and are all aimed at the bigger picture of combating Bullying.
In addition many of your sites pages just go to placeholder pages and doesn't have information on them.
Overall:
As previously stated I love the nature of your website and think with a number of slight changes, and some work on the styling it can become an outstanding website for the fight against bullying.
